Further Information

Additional Names:
CXCL1, chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 1 (melanoma growth stimulating activity, alpha), FSP, GRO1, GROa, MGSA, MGSA-a, NAP-3, SCYB1, GRO1 oncogene (melanoma growth stimulating activity, alpha), GRO1 oncogene (melanoma growth-stimulating activity), MGSA alpha, chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 1, fibroblast secretory protein, melanoma growth stimulatory activity alpha
Application Note:
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:2000.Western Blot:Not yet tested - our routinely used western blotting protocol does not allow detection of proteins as small as the calculated size of 11.3kDa according to NP_001502.1. Therefore we cannot recommend an optimal concentration and the antibody is an aspiring product. We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any results been reported with other antibodies/lysates? Have any further splice variants/modified forms been reported?
