Further Information

Additional Names:
CLECL1, DCAL1, DCAL-1
Application Note:
CLECL1 antibody can be used for detection of CLECL1 by ELISA at 1:12500. CLECL1 antibody can be used for detection of CLECL1 by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
DCAL1 is a type II transmembrane, C-type lectin-like protein expressed on dendritic cells (DCs) and B cells. It interacts with subsets of T cells as a costimulatory molecule that enhances interleukin-4 (IL4; MIM 147780) production.
