Application Note:
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.Western Blot:Approx. 85-90kDa band observed in Human Brain (Amygdala) lysates (calculated MW of 91.6kDa according to NP_061850.2). In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing Neuregulin3 a band of approx. 98kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Recommended concentration: 0.05-0.2ug/ml.
