Application Note:
EXD antibody can be used for detection of EXD by ELISA at 1:62500. EXD antibody can be used for detection of EXD by western blot at 5.0 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
As a transcription factor, exd acts with the selector homeodomain proteins altering the regulation of downstream target genes such as wingless, teashirt and decapentaplegic. Thus exd affects segmental identity.
