Application Note:
SUMO3 antibody can be used for detection of SUMO3 by ELISA at 1:62500. SUMO3 antibody can be used for detection of SUMO3 by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
SUMO proteins, such as SUMO3, and ubiquitin (see MIM 191339) posttranslationally modify numerous cellular proteins and affect their metabolism and function.
