Further Information

Additional Names:
SNAPC2, PTFdelta, SNAP45, PTFDELTA
Application Note:
SNAPC2 antibody can be used for detection of SNAPC2 by ELISA at 1:312500. SNAPC2 antibody can be used for detection of SNAPC2 by western blot at 0.25 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
SNAPC2 is a component of the snRNA activating protein complex (SNAPc). SNAPC2 is exceptionally proline-rich, interacts strongly with TBP, and, other SNAPC components, is required for both RNA polymerase II and III transcription of snRNA genes.
