Application Note:

Background:
CEBPZ is a member of the CCAAT-binding transcription factor (CTF)/nuclear factor I (NF-I) group of cellular DNA-binding proteins that recognizes the sequence GCCAAT and is implicated in eukaryotic transcription, as well as DNA replication.
