Further Information

Additional Names:
HSF1, HSTF1
Application Note:
HSF1 antibody can be used for detection of HSF1 by ELISA at 1:12500. HSF1 antibody can be used for detection of HSF1 by western blot at 0.0625 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
HSF1 is a heat-shock transcription factor. Transcription of heat-shock genes is rapidly induced after temperature stress. Hsp90, by itself and/or associated with multichaperone complexes, is a major repressor of HSF1.HSF1 is a heat-shock transcription factor.
