To detect hLEC by sandwich ELISA (using 100 ul/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.25 ? 1.0 ug/ml of this antibody is required. This biotinylated polyclonal antibody, in conjunction with ProSci?s Polyclonal Anti-Human LEC (38-293) as a capture antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2 ? 0.4 ng/well of recombinant hLEC.

Additional Names:
LEC, LMC, NCC4, CKb12, HCC-4, LCC-1, Mtn-1, NCC-4, SCYL4, ILINCK, SCYA16, C-C motif chemokine 16, Chemokine CC-4
Application Note:
To detect hLEC by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1 - 0.2 μg/mL. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant hLEC is 1.5 - 3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.
Concentration:
batch dependent
Conjugate:
Biotin
Immunogen:
Produced from sera of goats pre-immunized with highly pure (>98%) recombinant hLEC. Human LEC specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography and then biotinylated.
