Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.Western Blot:Band observed just below 20kDa marker in HeLa, Human Brain and Mouse Brain lysates (predicted MW of 20kDa according to NP_005710). Recommended for use at 1-3ug/ml. Primary incubation was for 1 hour. This antibody has been successfully used in Western blot on Mouse: Fu X et al (2013). PMID: 23303949.
