Application Note:
Mucin-1 antibody can be used for the detection of Mucin-1 by IHC and Western Blot, may also work for ELISA, ICC.
Background:
FUNCTION: isoform 5. The binding induces the phosphorylation of the isoform 7, alters cellular morphology and initiates cell signaling. Can bind to GRB2 adapter protein.

SUBUNIT: The cleaved form (only the isoform 1) of MUC1 forms a tight heterodimer with the released C-terminal peptide (which is first secreted to be extracellular).
Buffer:
Phosphate-Buffered Saline. No preservatives added.
Concentration:
1 mg/mL
Conjugate:
Unconjugated
