CHD2 antibody can be used for detection of CHD2 by ELISA at 1:62500. CHD2 antibody can be used for detection of CHD2 by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
The CHD family of proteins is characterized by the presence of chromo (chromatin organization modifier) domains and SNF2-related helicase/ATPase domains.
