Further Information

Additional Names:
CREBL1, G13, CREBL1, CREB-RP
Application Note:
CREBL1 antibody can be used for detection of CREBL1 by ELISA at 1:62500. CREBL1 antibody can be used for detection of CREBL1 by western blot at 1.0 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
CREBL1 bears sequence similarity with the Creb/ATF subfamily of the bZip superfamily of transcription factors. It localizes to both the cytoplasm and the nucleus. The gene localizes to the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class III region on chromosome 6.
