Further Information

Additional Names:
EMX2,
Application Note:
EMX2 antibody can be used for detection of EMX2 by ELISA at 1:312500. EMX2 antibody can be used for detection of EMX2 by western blot at 0.5 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
The homeodomain transcription factor EMX2 is critical for central nervous system and urogenital development. EMX1 along with EMX2 is related to the 'empty spiracles' gene expressed in the developing Drosophila head.
