EOMES antibody can be used for detection of EOMES by ELISA at 1:62500. EOMES antibody can be used for detection of EOMES by western blot at 0.5 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
EOMES is a member of a conserved protein family that shares a common DNA-binding domain, the T-box. T-box genes encode transcription factors involved in the regulation of developmental processes. A similiar gene disrupted in mice is shown to be essential during trophoblast development and gastrulation.
