Application Note:
MYBL1 antibody can be used for detection of MYBL1 by ELISA at 1:312500. MYBL1 antibody can be used for detection of MYBL1 by western blot at 2.5 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
MYBL1 is strong transcriptional activator; DNA-binding protein that specifically recognize the sequence 5'-YAAC[GT]G-3'. It could have a role in the proliferation and/or differentiation of neurogenic, spermatogenic and B-lymphoid cells.
