Application Note:
MYCBP antibody can be used for detection of MYCBP by ELISA at 1:312500. MYCBP antibody can be used for detection of MYCBP by western blot at 0.3 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
The MYCBP gene encodes a protein that binds to the N-terminal region of MYC and stimulates the activation of E box-dependent transcription by MYC.
