Application Note:
NOBOX antibody can be used for detection of NOBOX by ELISA at 1:312500. NOBOX antibody can be used for detection of NOBOX by western blot at 0.25 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
NOBOX is a transcription factor which may play a role in oogenesis. It binds preferentially to the DNA sequences 5'-TAATTG-3', 5'-TAGTTG-3' and 5'-TAATTA-3'.
