Additional Names:
PBXIP1, HPIP
Application Note:
PBXIP1 antibody can be used for detection of PBXIP1 by ELISA at 1:62500. PBXIP1 antibody can be used for detection of PBXIP1 by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
PBXIP1 is the regulator of pre-B-cell leukemia transcription factors (BPXs) function. It inhibits the binding of PBX1-HOX complex to DNA and blocks the transcriptional activity of E2A-PBX1. PBXIP1 tethers estrogen receptor-alpha (ESR1) to microtubules and allows them to influence estrogen receptors-alpha signaling.
