Application Note:
PHF19 antibody can be used for detection of PHF19 by ELISA at 1:62500. PHF19 antibody can be used for detection of PHF19 by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
PHF19 contains 2 PHD-type zinc fingers. It acts as a transcritpional repressor. Isoform 1 and isoform 2 inhibit transcription from an HSV-tk promoter.
