TRIM28, KAP1, TF1B, RNF96, TIF1B
Application Note:
TRIM28 antibody can be used for detection of TRIM28 by ELISA at 1:312500. TRIM28 antibody can be used for detection of TRIM28 by western blot at 1.25 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
TRIM28 mediates transcriptional control by interaction with the Kruppel-associated box repression domain found in many transcription factors. TRIM28 localizes to the nucleus and is thought to associate with specific chromatin regions. It is a member of the tripartite motif family. This tripartite motif includes three zinc-binding domains, a RING,a B-box type 1 and a B-box type 2, and a coiled-coil region.
