Application Note:
ZMIZ1 antibody can be used for detection of ZMIZ1 by ELISA at 1:12500. ZMIZ1 antibody can be used for detection of ZMIZ1 by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
ZMIZ1 increases ligand-dependent transcriptional activity of AR and promotes AR sumoylation. The stimulation of AR activity is dependent upon sumoylation.
