Application Note:
ASCL2 antibody can be used for detection of ASCL2 by ELISA at 1:312500. ASCL2 antibody can be used for detection of ASCL2 by western blot at 5 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
Mouse ASCL2 is a member of the basic helix-loop-helix (BHLH) family of transcription factors. It is the first transcription factor shown to play a critical part in the development of the mammalian trophoblast lineage.
