Application Note:
ELF1 antibody can be used for detection of ELF1 by ELISA at 1:62500. ELF1 antibody can be used for detection of ELF1 by western blot at 0.25 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
Elf1 belongs to the ETS family. Elf1 is a transcription factor that activates the LYN and BLK promoters. Elf1 may interact with other transcription factors in order to regulate specific genes. Elf1 can bind to the underphosphorylated form of RB.
