Application Note:
FOXP4 antibody can be used for detection of FOXP4 by ELISA at 1:1562500. FOXP4 antibody can be used for detection of FOXP4 by western blot at 1.25 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
Foxp4 is a member of the murine forkhead family of transcription factors. It is expressed exclusively in the epithelial cells of the developing intestine, where, in late development, it is expressed in a gradient along the longitudinal axis of the villi.
