BACH2, BTBD25
Application Note:
BACH2 antibody can be used for detection of BACH2 by ELISA at 1:1562500. BACH2 antibody can be used for detection of BACH2 by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
BACH2 belongs to the bZIP family. It is a transcriptional regulator that acts as repressor or activator. The protein binds to Maf recognition elements (MARE) and play important roles in coordinating transcription activation and repression by MAFK.
