Further Information

Additional Names:
FHL3, MGC19547, MGC23614, MGC8696, SLIM2
Application Note:
FHL3 antibody can be used for detection of FHL3 by ELISA at 1:1562500. FHL3 antibody can be used for detection of FHL3 by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
FHL3 contains 4 LIM zinc-binding domains. It is expressed only in skeletal muscle. FHL3 association with MyoD may contribute to the regulation of MyoD-dependent transcription of muscle genes and thereby myogenesis.LIM proteins are defined by the possession of a highly conserved double zinc finger motif called the LIM domain.
