FOXD1 antibody can be used for detection of FOXD1 by ELISA at 1:312500. FOXD1 antibody can be used for detection of FOXD1 by western blot at 1.25 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.

FOXD1 belongs to the forkhead family of transcription factors which is characterized by a distinct forkhead domain. FOXD1, specifically activate the 1b promoter of the RI alpha gene in testicular Sertoli cells.
