Further Information

Additional Names:
GATA3, HDR, HDRS
Application Note:
GATA3 antibody can be used for detection of GATA3 by ELISA at 1:312500. GATA3 antibody can be used for detection of GATA3 by western blot at 2.5 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
GATA3 is crucially involved in IL-5 gene transcription in human peripheral CD4-positive t cells. This gene is involved in growth control and the maintenance of the differentiated state in epithelial cells and may contribute to tumorigenesis in breast cancer.
