GTF2A1, MGC129969, MGC129970, TF2A1, TFIIA, TFIIAL, TFIIA-42
Application Note:
GTF2A1 antibody can be used for detection of GTF2A1 by ELISA at 1:62500. GTF2A1 antibody can be used for detection of GTF2A1 by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
GTF2A1 belongs to the TFIIA subunit 1 family. It is a component of the transcription machinery of RNA polymerase II and plays an important role in transcriptional activation. This protein induces a conformational change within the TBP/TATA complex that enhances its stability under both in vitro and physiological salt conditions.
