Application Note:
MYB antibody can be used for detection of MYB by ELISA at 1:312500. MYB antibody can be used for detection of MYB by western blot at 0.5 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
MYB may be a transcriptional activator; DNA-binding protein that specifically recognize the sequence 5'-YAAC[GT]G-3'. It plays an important role in the control of proliferation and differentiation of hematopoietic progenitor cells.
