PTOV1 antibody can be used for detection of PTOV1 by ELISA at 1:1562500. PTOV1 antibody can be used for detection of PTOV1 by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
PTOV1 belongs to the Mediator complex subunit 25 family, PTOV1 subfamily. It may activate transcription and is required for nuclear translocation of FLOT1. PTOV1 promotes cell proliferation.
