Application Note:
TCF25 antibody can be used for detection of TCF25 by ELISA at 1:62500. TCF25 antibody can be used for detection of TCF25 by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
TCF25 acts as a transcriptional repressor. It has been shown to repress transcription of SRF in vitro and so may play a role in heart development.
