Additional Names:
TEAD1, AA, REF1, TCF13, TEF-1, NTEF-1, TCF-13, TEAD-1
Application Note:
TEAD1 antibody can be used for detection of TEAD1 by ELISA at 1:12500. TEAD1 antibody can be used for detection of TEAD1 by western blot at 0.25 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
TEAD1 is a transcriptional enhancer. It interacts with a muscle-specific cofactor to promote skeletal muscle gene expression. The mutation in the TEAD1 gene is the cause of Sveinsson's chorioretinal atrophy
