Application Note:
MYBBP1A antibody can be used for detection of MYBBP1A by ELISA at 1:312500. MYBBP1A antibody can be used for detection of MYBBP1A by western blot at 1.25 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
Mybbp1a may activate or repress transcription via interactions with sequence specific DNA-binding proteins. Repression may be mediated at least in part by histone deacetylase activity.
