Application Note:
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:4000.Western Blot:Preliminary experiments in Human Testis, Prostate and Placenta lysates gave no specific signal but low background at antibody concentration up to 1ug/ml.Immunofluorescence: Strong expression of the protein seen in the cytoplasm of A431 and U2OS cells. Recommended concentration: 10ug/ml.
