Further Information

Additional Names:
FOXO3A, FOXO2, AF6q21, FKHRL1, FOXO3A, FKHRL1P2
Application Note:
FOXO3A antibody can be used for detection of FOXO3A by ELISA at 1:62500. FOXO3A antibody can be used for detection of FOXO3A by western blot at 0.5 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
FOXO3A belongs to the forkhead family of transcription factors which are characterized by a distinct forkhead domain. This gene likely functions as a trigger for apoptosis through expression of genes necessary for cell death. Translocation of this gene with the MLL gene is associated with secondary acute leukemia.
