Further Information

Additional Names:
NFIC, CTF, CTF5, MGC20153, NF-I, NFI
Application Note:
NFIC antibody can be used for detection of NFIC by ELISA at 1:62500. NFIC antibody can be used for detection of NFIC by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
Brg- or hBrm-associated factor (BAF) complexes, a chromatin-remodeling complex family of mammalian cells, facilitate transcriptional activity by remodeling nucleosome structure. Brg1 is the core subunit of Brg-associated factor complexes. BAF complexes can interact with NF1/CTF and RNAP II, and this interaction is closely dependent on the activation of gene transcription.
