Additional Names:
ZNF239, HOK-2, MOK2
Application Note:
ZNF239 antibody can be used for detection of ZNF239 by ELISA at 1:1562500. ZNF239 antibody can be used for detection of ZNF239 by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
ZNF239 belongs to the krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family. It contains 9 C2H2-type zinc fingers. ZNF239 may be involved in transcriptional regulation.MOK2 proteins are DNA- and RNA-binding proteins that are mainly associated with nuclear RNP components, including the nucleoli and extranucleolar structures (Arranz et al., 1997 [PubMed 9121460]).
