Application Note:
VEZF1 antibody can be used for detection of VEZF1 by ELISA at 1:312500. VEZF1 antibody can be used for detection of VEZF1 by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
VEZF1 is a possible transcription factor. It specifically binds to the CT/GC-rich region of the interleukin-3 promoter and mediates tax transactivation of IL-3.Transcriptional regulatory proteins containing tandemly repeated zinc finger domains are thought to be involved in both normal and abnormal cellular proliferation and differentiation. ZNF161 is a C2H2-type zinc finger protein. See MIM 603971 for general information on zinc finger proteins.
