Application Note:
FABP3 antibody can be used for detection of FABP3 by ELISA at 1:62500. FABP3 antibody can be used for detection of FABP3 by western blot at 0.5 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
Fatty acid-binding protein 3 (FABP3) gene contains four exons and its function is to arrest growth of mammary epithelial cells. This gene is a candidate tumor suppressor gene for human breast cancer.
