GPD1 antibody can be used for detection of GPD1 by ELISA at 1:62500. GPD1 antibody can be used for detection of GPD1 by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.

GPD1L belongs to the NAD-dependent glycerol-3-phosphate dehydrogenase family. Defects in GPD1L are the cause of Brugada syndrome type 2 (BRS2) and sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS).
