Application Note:
PRMT1 antibody can be used for detection of PRMT1 by ELISA at 1:1562500. PRMT1 antibody can be used for detection of PRMT1 by western blot at 5.0 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
PRMT1 is a protein arginine methyltransferase that functions as a histone methyltransferase specific for H4.The HRMT1L2 gene encodes a protein arginine methyltransferase that functions as a histone methyltransferase specific for H4 (see MIM 602822).
