Application Note:
POSTN antibody can be used for detection of POSTN by ELISA at 1:62500. POSTN antibody can be used for detection of POSTN by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.

POSTN binds to heparin. It induces cell attachment and spreading and plays a role in cell adhesion. POSTN may play a role in extracellular matrix mineralization.
