Application Note:
TRAF3IP3 antibody can be used for detection of TRAF3IP3 by ELISA at 1:62500. TRAF3IP3 antibody can be used for detection of TRAF3IP3 by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
TRAF3IP3 stimulated cell growth by modulating the c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) pathway. TRAF3 interacts with Smac/DIABLO via TRAF domain, leading to an increased proapoptotic effect of Smac/DIABLO in cytoplasm.
