Application Note:
PIK3R3 antibody can be used for detection of PIK3R3 by ELISA at 1:1562500. PIK3R3 antibody can be used for detection of PIK3R3 by western blot at 5.0 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
PIK3R3 binds to activated (phosphorylated) protein-tyrosine kinases through its SH2 domain and regulates their kinase activity. During insulin stimulation, it also binds to IRS-1.
