Application Note:
SPP1 antibody can be used for detection of SPP1 by ELISA at 1:1562500. SPP1 antibody can be used for detection of SPP1 by western blot at 1.25 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
The SPP1 gene encodes an acidic matrix protein, mainly expressed in mineralized tissues, kidney and atherosclerotic vessels. This protein also contributes to several steps in the process of prostate carcinogenesis and metastasis.
