POLL, BETA-N, FLJ46002, POL-KAPPA, BETAN, POLKAPPA
Application Note:
POLL antibody can be used for detection of POLL by ELISA at 1:12500. POLL antibody can be used for detection of POLL by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
POLL is a repair polymerase. It is involved in base excision repair (BER) responsible for repair of lesions that give rise to abasic (AP) sites in DNA. Has both DNA polymerase and terminal transferase activities. Has a 5'-deoxyribose-5-phosphate lyase (dRP lyase) activity.
