Application Note:
NUSAP1 antibody can be used for detection of NUSAP1 by ELISA at 1:312500. NUSAP1 antibody can be used for detection of NUSAP1 by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
NUSAP1 is a microtubule-associated protein with the capacity to bundle and stabilize microtubules. It may associate with chromosomes and promote the organization of mitotic spindle microtubules around them.
