Further Information

Additional Names:
ARIH1, ARI, HARI, HHARI, UBCH7BP
Application Note:
ARIH1 antibody can be used for detection of ARIH1 by ELISA at 1:312500. ARIH1 antibody can be used for detection of ARIH1 by western blot at 1.25 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
ARIH1 might act as an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase, or as part of the E3 complex, which accepts ubiquitin from specific E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzymes, such as UBE2L3/UBCM4, and then transfers it to substrates.
